Professional Coatings Corp. provides professional stucco services. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment.
Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, additional work required, or changes requested by the client.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

4. Payments and Deposits

A deposit is required before work begins.
Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A carrying charge of 0.20% per day (6% per month) will be charged for overdue payments beyond 10 days after final billing.
If final payment is not received within 30 days of completion, Professional Coatings Corp. may attach a lien to the property.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients must provide at least 3 days' notice for cancellations.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If cancellation occurs within three days of signing, a cancellation fee of 5% of the contract price (not exceeding $250) may be retained.
If cancellation occurs beyond the permitted timeframe, deposits will be retained as partial liquidated damages, and additional damages may be pursued.

6. Warranties and Liability

Workmanship and materials are covered by a warranty for the number of years stated on the contract.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, hairline cracks, staining, efflorescence, improper maintenance, or damages caused by structural movement or external factors.
Lack of full payment voids all warranties and liabilities.
Professional Coatings Corp. is not responsible for damage to plumbing, electrical, phone, or cable lines due to previous construction techniques beyond our control.

7. Use of Website
